How Bundles Work

From first email to first event

Submit a request

Fill out the short request form with your property name, unit count, and which tier you're considering. We'll review and confirm fit and timing.

We create your account

Once we agree on a tier, we set up your customer record and bundle purchase in our system — no signup forms on your end.

You receive a contract by email

You'll get a single-use signing link with the bundle agreement, your locked discount, and the 18-month term spelled out.

Your portal goes live

Sign the contract and your personal booking portal activates immediately. Bookmark the link — it's how you'll book events going forward.

Book as you go

Pick events from the catalog from your portal. Each event must be booked at least 30 days in advance, and your bundle covers events scheduled within the 18-month term.

Bundle FAQ

How much do I save per event?
The 6-event bundle locks in 15% off every event. The 12-event bundle locks in 20% off every event. The discount snapshot is set at purchase and never changes — it applies to our then-current per-person pricing for the events you select.
How long is the bundle good for?
Bundles are valid for 18 months from the purchase date. We'll send you reminders at 60, 30, and 7 days before expiration so unused credits don't slip by.
How far in advance do I have to book?
You can book as close as 2 weeks before the planned event date.
Can I stack the bundle discount with other promotions?
No. The bundle discount is the best price we offer, so it doesn't stack with promotional discounts (Event of the Month, seasonal specials, etc.). When you book through your bundle, the bundle rate is applied automatically.
What happens to unused credits at the end of the term?
Per Section 7 of the bundle agreement, any unused credits at the 18-month mark are billed as liquidated damages at $500 per unused credit — no sales tax is added, since the fee compensates us for holding calendar capacity rather than for goods or services delivered. We send reminders at 60, 30, and 7 days before expiration, and if you book additional events before payment is settled, the fee is reduced accordingly.
Can I cancel the bundle?
Bundles are non-cancellable once signed because pricing is locked in at purchase. If circumstances change, contact us — we can discuss extending the term or adjusting credits on a case-by-case basis.
How does billing work?
Billing works the same as our other events. After each event is completed, we send an invoice for it with the bundle discount already included.
What's a Rush Event?
Our standard lead time is 14 days. Need an event sooner? You can opt into a Rush Event — a flat $150 fee that drops the minimum lead time to 3 days (72 hours). Pick an amber 'Rush' date on the booking calendar to opt in. Bundle discounts still apply to your food/beverage subtotal as normal; the rush fee itself is not discountable.
